The new edition of IRRODL - The International Review
of Research in Open and Distance Learning - brings a long editorial
in which Terry Anderson says goodbye to the position of editor of the
journal after a remarkable 10-year period in which his work inserted
the IRRODL in the list of references required in our field of
studies. He also make it possible for the journal to offer all
articles free of cost for downloading. In the current issue, a
comprehensive review of the research on MOOCs in recent years, and
other articles of various themes, certainly deserve our attention.
